Provides medication in the form of Buprenorphine, and Sublocade injections, as well as pain management services, in an office based medical clinic setting. Referral from a primary care provider is required. Counseling is not required to medication. Polysubstance users are also accepted on a case by case basis. Medication typically prescribed within 1-2 weeks after referral is received. All WA Apple Health plans except Molina are accepted.
