Accepting new patients. Primary care clinic that prescribes medication for opioid use disorder in the form of buprenorphine and naltrexone. Must have a referral or establish primary care at the clinic when starting MOUD. Acceptance in the program is based on provider's discretion. Will work with pregnant women and adolescents. Does not accept poly-substance users, and clients must be fully compliant in order to remain in the program. Call clinic for further details.
