Accepting new patients. Provides Buprenorphine and Naltrexone in an office based medical clinic setting. Primary care is offered but not required to receive medication for opioid use disorder. Works with adolescents (age 15 and older) and pregnant women; poly substance users are accepted on a case by case basis.
