Completely virtual program that offers medication for opioid use disorder in the form of buprenorphine. Services are app-based, although if patients do not have a smart phone Boulder Care will work with the patient to get one and patient can access services via regular telephone or a web-based site in the meantime. Peer counseling is offered but not required. Will work with pregnant women and poly-substance users. Accepts Adolescents 14 and older.
