Accepting new patients. Primary care clinic that has an addiction program that can prescribe opioid use disorder medication in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone. New patients need to establish primary care services in order to receive medication. Program can prescribe medication to adults, youth, and pregnant women. Poly-Substance uses is accepted on a case by case basis. Counseling is encouraged but not required. Provider can also can prescribe medication for Alcohol Use Disorder, and Tobacco use.
