Accepting new patients. Primary care clinic that also can prescribe medication in the form of Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, and Sublocade injections in a medical clinic setting. Patients must call ahead to make an appointment, walk ins are not accepted for this service. Will work with adolescents and adults. Will also work with pregnant women. Counseling is not required. Poly-substance use is accepted on a case-by-case basis.
