Primary care clinic that also can prescribe medication in the form of Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, and Sublocade injections in a medical clinic setting. Patients must call ahead to make an appointment. Will work with adolescents and adults. Will also work with pregnant women. Counseling is not required. Poly-substance use is accepted on a case-by-case basis.
