Accepting new patients. Provides Buprenorphine medication in a medical clinic setting. Primary care services are offered to patients that meet criteria. Counseling is not required to receive MAT services. In-home induction is typical. Patients must be on time and meet all requirements to remain in the program. This program can accept youth and pregnant women on a case by case basis. Poly-substance users are accepted, however, a decrease in usage of other substance over time is expected.
