Provides buprenorphine medication in an office based medical clinic setting. Same day induction is possible, however scheduling an initial intake appointment can take 1-4 weeks. Poly substance users are accepted, however outpatient counseling and/or regular support group attendance will be required and at some point abstinence will be the goal. Counseling is required on a case by case basis. Pregnant women and youth are accepted and will be placed on subutex.
