Accepting new patients. Provides opioid use disorder medications in the forms of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medications, including Sublocade injections. Substance use disorder counseling is strongly encouraged but not required. Will treat women who are pregnant on a case by case basis. Poly substance may be referred to behavioral health counseling and are treated on a case by case basis.
