MOUD Services - Peninsula Community Health Services - Port Orchard Medical Clinic

Provides medications for opioid use disorder in the forms of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone. Program also offers a Syringe Exchange at the pharmacy. Please call for specific Syringe Exchange hours. Potential clients must switch primary care services to PCHS at time of seeking medications. Offers same day induction based on availability and will work with poly substances on a case by case basis. Works with pregnant women as well as adolescents under the age of 18.
