MOUD Services - Stillaguamish Tribe - Quelute Healing Center
Accepting new patients. Walk-in assessments are available Mon-Fri, 7:30am-10am. Assessment spots are not guaranteed, so come as early as possible in order to secure same day services. Scheduled appointments are 2-3 weeks out. Provides medications for Opioid Use Disorder in the forms Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, and Methadone. Primary care is not required to receive medications. Counseling is required to receive medications. Will work with women who are pregnant. Prioritizes working with tribal members, but accepts everyone. Program will not work with Poly-substance users.
