Accepting new patients for both in person and telehealth appointments. Appointment availability for new patients are about 3-4 weeks out right now. Medical clinic that offers opioid use disorder medication in the form of Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, and Sublocade injections. Primary care services are not required to receive medications for opioid use disorders. Same day induction is possible based on availability. Will work with adults, pregnant women, and poly-substance users. Can work with adolescents on a case by case basis. Works with Native American population and will accept IHS Insurance.
