Accepting new patients who are Nisqually tribal members or have a close tie to the Nisqually Indian Tribe. Due to limited availability of appts, this clinic is best suited to patients who are established on medications and want to transfer to a primary care program. Enrollment in Nisqually Tribal Substance Abuse & Prevention Program, located in the same building, is required to receive medications. Primary care services are offered but not required.
