Accepting new patients. Appointment time is currently 2-3 weeks out. Clients should ask to make an appointment with the opioid clinic. Can prescribe opioid use disorder medication in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone in a medical clinic, office setting. Can prescribe to both adults and adolescents. Able to prescribe to pregnant women. Poly-substance use accepted on a case-by-case basis. Counseling not required, but offered. Offers home induction's based on provider's discretion.
