New patients need to establish care before they can be considered for medication for opioid use disorder. Provides Buprenorphine and Naltrexone in an office based, medical clinic setting. Primary care is required to receive medication for opioid use disorder. Counseling is offered but not required to receive opioid use disorder medications. Adolescents under the age of 18 and poly-substance users are accepted on a case by case basis.
